Terms of Service

Last updated: August 26, 2026

Agreement

These terms apply when you use travel planning or booking services provided by Cheers Travel Co LLC. By asking us to begin work or approving a booking, you agree to these terms.

Our role

Cheers Travel Co LLC acts as an independent travel agent. We arrange travel with third-party hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, transfer companies, and other suppliers. Those suppliers provide and control the travel services. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, availability, financial condition, or performance.

Planning fees

Any planning fee will be disclosed before work begins. Planning fees are non-refundable once research or itinerary work has started, including if you later decide not to book.

Bookings, changes, and cancellations

Each booking is governed by the supplier's payment, change, cancellation, refund, and no-show policies. You are responsible for reviewing those terms before approving payment. Supplier penalties and price changes may apply, and we cannot waive them.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, interruption, delay, medical care, evacuation, and lost baggage. Insurance terms and exclusions vary, and you are responsible for deciding whether a policy is appropriate for you.

Passports, visas, and entry requirements

You are responsible for valid passports, visas, health documents, and all entry, transit, and return requirements for every traveler. Requirements can change without notice, so verify them with the relevant government authorities.

Traveler responsibility

Review names, dates, destinations, and other booking details promptly. Tell us about mobility needs, allergies, health considerations, or other material requirements before booking. You are responsible for following supplier rules and local laws while traveling.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cheers Travel Co LLC is not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, cancellation, additional expense, or inconvenience caused by a third-party supplier or by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for a claim arising from our own services will not exceed the planning fees you paid us for the affected trip.

Texas law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Questions may be sent to mollie@cheerstravelco.com or mailed to Cheers Travel Co LLC, Dallas, TX.
