The case for an advisor
Why use a travel advisor?
You can book a trip yourself. The question is what it costs you in hours, missed access, and risk when something goes wrong 6,000 miles from home.
01
Your time back
A two-week multi-country trip takes 30 to 40 hours to research properly. We've already done that research, repeatedly, in the places you're considering.
02
Access you can't book
Upgrades, credits, private guides and full buyouts sit inside advisor networks. No booking site can release them, and hotels won't match them directly.
03
Judgment, not listings
We tell you which room to ask for, which restaurant is worth the reservation, and which highly-rated property genuinely isn't right for you.
04
Someone to call
When a flight cancels at 11pm or a villa doesn't match its photos, you reach a person who knows your trip and can escalate on your behalf.
A common misconception
"Won't booking direct be cheaper?" Almost never. Luxury properties hold rate parity, so the nightly rate is the same whether you book it yourself or we book it for you. The difference is that our version arrives with breakfast, a credit and an upgrade request already on file.
"Isn't a planning fee just an extra cost?" It buys the part that can't be automated: dozens of hours of research, hard opinions from someone who has stayed there, and advocacy when a flight cancels. On a five-figure trip, it is the least expensive form of insurance you'll buy.
Let's talk about your trip
No obligation. Tell us what you're considering and we'll tell you whether we're the right fit.
