We talk. I ask more questions than you expect. I design a trip around the answers, book it through preferred partner programs so the amenities come with it, and stay reachable while you're gone.

The process

Start to finish

  1. 01

    Trip Request

    Share your dates, destinations, travelers and budget range through our trip request form. It takes about five minutes and tells us most of what we need.

  2. 02

    Consultation

    We meet by phone or video to talk through the shape of the trip — pace, priorities, non-negotiables — and confirm the planning fee and scope.

  3. 03

    Design & Planning

    Mollie researches and builds a proposal: properties, routing, guides and experiences, with the reasoning behind each recommendation. We revise together.

  4. 04

    Booking

    Once you approve, we book everything and apply every eligible upgrade, amenity and credit available through our luxury networks.

  5. 05

    Pre-Departure

    You receive a complete digital itinerary with confirmations, contacts, reservations and destination notes, plus visa and entry guidance.

  6. 06

    In-Trip Support

    We're reachable while you travel and we advocate on your behalf if anything shifts — delays, closures, weather, upgrades on arrival.

  7. 07

    Follow Up

    After you're home we debrief, log your preferences and note what to do differently, so the next trip starts far ahead of the last one.

    End-to-end design and booking of the entire journey, from first consultation through your final night.

  • Hotel-Only Reservations & VIP Me Requests

    No fee

    Just need a hotel and not full-service trip planning? I’m happy to handle your hotel reservation at no fee. If you already have your hotel and dates in mind, even better—through my VIP Me service, I can check whether your stay qualifies for preferred rates, VIP perks and added amenities when booked through Cheers Travel Co. These perks may include daily breakfast, a hotel or resort credit, a welcome amenity, room upgrades, early check-in or late checkout—all at no additional cost and based on availability. And yes, my clients really do get upgraded often.

  • Cruise Bookings

    No fee

    We help you find the right ocean or river cruise, secure your reservation and assist with excursion bookings — typically with extra perks such as onboard credits or additional amenities.
